Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule:

Shirt Envy is proud to offer the following UPS shipping options to our valued customers:

* Please note that 2 Day UPS and Overnight UPS orders received after 2:00 P.M. PST will be processed the next business day. All orders require one day for processing before being released for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received and after 2.00 P.M. PST week days, over the weekend and holidays will be processed the next business day.

To ensure your order is shipped out without delay, please double check your billing information to ensure it matches your credit card account address. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

If you require Saturday delivery, please email us at info@shirtenvy.com and will be more than happy to make this arrangement for your order.

Shipping costs are not refundable upon returned or replaced items. If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shirt Envy offers Flat rate shipping of $10.00* to our international customers via United States Postal Service. We currently ship our great shirts to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada,  Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands,  Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

*Per single item. $5 will be added for each additional item.

All items being imported to a foreign country are subject to inspection by customs and duties may be assessed accordingly. You will be responsible for paying any import duties that may be due at the time of delivery. Shirt Envy cannot determine these fees during your purchase transaction.

Shirt Envy offers international shipping by UPS Worldwide Expedited service to the following international countries:

• France
• Germany
• Ireland
• Italy
• Spain
• United Kingdom

International Shipping rates are as follows:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
As soon are you order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the Shirt Envy customer service team providing you with tracking details to track your order.

Locate the UPS number on your shipping confirmation email, enter that number at www.ups.com to check the status of your order delivery.

Tracking details may not be available to you immediately as it may take 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carriers website as listed above.

SALES TAX:
Shirt Envy charges NO SALES TAX for any purchases shipped outside the state of California. If we are shipping your order within California, sales tax will be charged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Our goal at Shirt Envy is to make our customers feel great about their purchase.
If you are not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price

Returned merchandise should be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date, include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Please follow the following steps to ensure the timely processing of your return:

• Complete the Return/Exchange form enclosed in your shipment;
• Carefully pack your shirt in to the Shirt Envy packaging it was received in;
• Attach pre-printed Shirt Envy return label to the outside of the package;
• Ensure the package is sealed with tape to ensure the goods are secure in transit;
• Take your package to any UPS drop off location, drop box or UPS authorized shipped center or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pick up or delivery at your office or place of business

If you choose to return an item using your own packaging, please return the goods to the following address:

Please note it may take 10-14 business days to process your refund or exchange after we receive it at our returns department. We will email you to confirm we received your return and notify that the credit has been processed.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
While Shirt Envy endeavors to have a sufficient inventory of items in stock, from time to time, an item may sell out. If your size is not available, we offer you the option of contacting us at info@shirtenvy.com with the item number and the size you require and request a special order. We will then check with our vendor to see if your size is available and let you know within 24 hours.
